Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Zera Dating ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
1. Who can use Zera Dating
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into these Terms, and not barred from using the service under applicable law. One account per person.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the credentials you set and for activity on your account. Don't share your login. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community standards.
3. Content you post
You own the photos, prompts, messages, voice notes, and other content you provide. You grant Zera Dating a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the App (including to other users as intended by product flows).
Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, infringing, or that impersonates someone. We may remove content and take action against accounts for violations.
4. Safe behavior
Zera Dating is for meeting people in good faith. Do not harass, threaten, scam, solicit money, share private information of others without consent, or use Zera Dating for commercial solicitation. Use the in-app Report and Block tools if something goes wrong. We take reports seriously and review every one.
5. Meeting in person
When you meet someone you matched with, you do so at your own risk. Meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, trust your instincts, and never send money. Zera Dating does not conduct criminal background checks on users.
6. No guarantees
Compatibility scores and match suggestions are best-effort algorithmic predictions, not guarantees about any person or relationship. The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zera Dating's liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (currently: zero, during free launch).

8. Account suspension + deletion
You can pause or delete your account any time under Profile → Settings. Deletion removes your profile from Discover immediately and purges your data after a 30-day grace period. Some data (reports, moderation records) may be retained longer to enforce these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the App. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zera Dating is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
